Live masterclass series · January to May 2027

The New Year Scoreboard

January is promising. Last year left receipts. Five working sessions for senior leaders who would rather read last year honestly than lose another one to the same unfinished.

The Return Inventory is free and takes four minutes. A named thing can be addressed. An unnamed thing can only be endured.

The year most leaders repeat

A new year, and the same foundation you ended the last one with.

You rise or fall by your foundation, not your resolutions. By your preparedness and your training, not your intentions. Most people carry last year's unfinished straight into the new one and call it a fresh start, then wonder in December why the year rhymed with the last.

This year will be like last year except for one thing: DCR. The decisions you make, the commitments you give a structure, and the resolve you execute. You read last year plainly and build this one on purpose, alongside other senior leaders doing the same work.

Five sessions · January to May

Decide, commit, resolve

It opens with an honest reading and closes in person. Each session stands on its own. You do not need the earlier rooms to walk into any one and leave with the artifact it produces.

The series opens Thursday 7 January 2027, 8:00 to 9:30 PM EAT. A seat is KES 3,000 per session, about USD 23, and rises to KES 4,000 one week before each class. The May finale, The Finisher's Table, is held in person in Nairobi.

Begin with the diagnosis

The Return Inventory

Diagnosis before prescription. The Return Inventory is a free, four-minute reading across twenty questions. It shows you where your year actually stands and the one room you most need.

It is also how you arrive ready. Take it before the first session, and the work begins from your real picture, not a generic one.
