The Mid-Year Scoreboard is a five-session live executive masterclass series by House of Mastery, led by Dr. Job Mogire, MD FACP FACC, cardiologist and founder. Sessions run live on Zoom, 8:00 to 9:30 PM EAT, first Thursday each month, July through October 2026. The November finale is in person in Nairobi.
The Return Inventory is free and takes four minutes. A named thing can be addressed. An unnamed thing can only be endured.

The reading most leaders avoid
Half the year is gone. The scoreboard does not care how busy you were.
Most leaders set the year in January and do not look at it honestly again until the numbers close. By July, a good share of the commitments have quietly stalled. The cost stays hidden until the final quarter, when there is little room left to move.
This series is the correction. You read the first half plainly, decide what is not finishing, and rebuild the second half on purpose, alongside other senior leaders doing the same work.

Decide, commit, resolve
It opens with an honest reading and closes in person. Each session stands on its own. You do not need the earlier rooms to walk into any one and leave with the artifact it produces.
The Reckoning Room
Read the first half against January, not against how busy you felt. Leave with one honest scorecard.
The Decision Room
Decide what to stop carrying. Leave with a written cut list, each cut named.
The Commitment Room
Name the few things you will finish before December, each with a date and a witness.
The Resolution Room
Finish the hard last tenth. Formally close what is dead so it stops costing you.
The Finisher's Table
In person, in Nairobi. Account for the year among peers and commit the second half out loud.

Diagnosis before prescription. The Return Inventory is a free, four-minute reading across twenty questions. It shows you where your year actually stands and the one room you most need.
It is also how you arrive ready. Take it before the first session, and the work begins from your real picture, not a generic one.

A board-certified cardiologist at Carle Health in Illinois, with a faculty appointment at the Carle Illinois College of Medicine, a published author, and a speaker who has worked with leaders across East Africa for fifteen years.
Medicine holds one discipline above all, and he carries it into every room: diagnosis before prescription. You cannot treat a year you have not honestly read.
