The Flagship
KOORA: The Finisher Protocol
From the Ekegusii gokoora: to finish without flinching.
KOORA: The Finisher Protocol is the 180-day flagship program of House of Mastery, built by Dr. Job Mogire, MD FACP FACC, a board-certified cardiologist. The first cohort began May 4, 2026. Graduates close 180 named open loops across six covenants and earn one identity: Finisher.
One hundred eighty days. Six covenants, each held by the Three Pillars. A weekly engine called ALCARRA. And one countable deliverable at the end: your 180 Open Loops Ledger, the record of what you finally closed.
Enter the Atlas · the living model of the protocol, kept in real time with Cohort 1.

The Six Covenants
Six territories of a finished life, kept in order across six months. Not a checklist. They turn as one wheel, each carrying the next. Watch the wheel move in the Atlas.
Body
The vessel. Energy, sleep, movement, the physical contract.
Craft
The work itself. Skill, output, the professional ledger.
World
The contribution. What your finishing makes possible for others.

How it runs
ALCARRA is the weekly engine: Awareness, Learning, Change, Action, Resilience, Reflection, Accountability. Seven commitments, practiced in community. Each covenant stands on the Three Pillars: The Seal, The Enduring Clause, and The Measure of Betrayal. A covenant holds because the pillars hold.
Cohort 1 began in Nairobi on May 4, 2026 and runs through October. Investment: KES 90,000, or KES 15,000 monthly across the six covenants. Graduates carry one identity: Finisher. The community answers to one name: Alcarraites.
FAQ
KOORA, answered
What is KOORA: The Finisher Protocol?
KOORA is the House of Mastery flagship: a 180-day covenant program for high achievers who start strong and do not finish. Koora is Ekegusii for to finish. Six covenants over six months: Self, Body, Craft, People, Future, World, run on the weekly ALCARRA engine.
How much does KOORA cost?
KES 90,000 for the full 180 days, or six monthly payments of KES 15,000. Membership includes the Daily Reset every weekday morning and every Deep Dive Friday masterclass.
How much time does KOORA take each day?
The Daily Reset is thirty minutes, Monday to Thursday at 5:00am EAT, with the Deep Dive on Friday at 5:00am. Beyond the morning hour, the work is your real life: the covenants are kept inside your actual week, not added on top of it.
Do I have to be in Nairobi?
No. KOORA runs live on Zoom everywhere. Members across Africa and the diaspora attend the same sessions; invited committed members may attend in person at House of Mastery regional offices.
How is KOORA different from the Daily Reset?
The Daily Reset is the discipline layer: the daily practice anyone can join. KOORA is the full protocol: the six covenants, the cohort, the witnessed commitments, the 180-day arc, with the Daily Reset included as its engine room.
When does the next cohort begin?
Cohort 1 has been in session since May 4, 2026. Enrollment for the next cohort opens through the Finisher Assessment, which also tells you whether KOORA is your room at all.
