The DCR Framework · Decide · Commit · Resolve

Deciding is a moment. Committing is a structure. Resolving is a discipline.

DCR: Decide, Commit, Resolve, is the House of Mastery framework for the gap that swallows ambition: the distance between a decision made, the structure that makes it real, and the resolve that sees it through. Created by Dr. Job Mogire, MD FACP FACC, DCR runs the Boardroom for organizations and the covenants of KOORA for individuals.

Most people resolve to finish. Few have the resolve to.

The DCR Framework: Decide. Commit. Resolve.

Most stuck things were never decided. They were discussed and deferred. DCR separates the decision from the discussion, gives the commitment a witness who can ask about it, and turns resolution from a feeling into a reviewed, scheduled discipline.

It is the same finishing architecture inside everything House of Mastery builds: the Boardroom installs it as an operating discipline for teams, the covenants of KOORA carry it through 180 days for the individual. The masterclass series teaches the framework itself, live and in the open. KES 2,500 per session early bird for limited tickets until 28 June 2026, KES 4,000 per session after. Pay by M-PESA Till 4230942.

Deciding is a moment. Committing is a structure. Resolving is a discipline. Why the gaps between them are where most ambition quietly dies, and how to close them.

The Open Loop Audit

A working method for naming every unresolved decision you are carrying, then closing or killing each one. Bring your real list.

November 4, 2026

Session 5 · Thursday

The Finisher’s Operating System

DCR as a standing practice, not a one-time push. The physical finale, Wednesday morning in Nairobi: in person by invitation, live on Zoom for everyone. The series closes by making the framework yours.
